Registration
Registration begins July 1, 2025.
The last day to drop out of the tournament without a $100 penalty is December 17, 2025. After January 1, 2026, there are no refunds.

Girls Age Groups
10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, 14s, 15s, 16s, 17s, 18s
Boys Age Groups
There is no boys-specific division in the Blastoff. The Bayou Region allows boys to play with and against girls teams in 10s, 11s, 12s, 13s, and 14s.
Age Waivers
The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.
Rosters
Teams can only compete if they have a completed AES Blastoff roster printed out to present to the officials at each match. There are NO exceptions. There is no pre-tournament check-in or meeting. Club directors and coaches are responsible for this. We will not be able to assist with this on site, so please get your rosters completed and have printed copies with you for each match.
Schedule & Wave Times
The schedule will be posted on AES the week of the event.
Reminder, anything can change at any time, but barring something really unusual, these waves should hold.
T-Shirts
In addition, every player, coach and team rep gets a free T-shirt from the Louisiana Governor’s Games.
Trophies and Medals
Age-group champions and runners up should report to the awards/photo area immediately after their respective title matches.
Safe Sport
SAFE SPORT: Every player or coach who is 18 or will turn 18 during this club season must have taken the Safe Sport Training. There are no exceptions, so if you have an athlete who is 18, please go to: https://www.teamusa.org/usa-volleyball/about-us/safesport/safesport-training

Parking
The New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center announced a new partnership with ParkMobile, the leading provider of smart parking and mobility solutions in North America and part of the EasyPark Group. As a result of this new partnership, event attendees and guests to the Convention Center can now reserve and pay for parking before their visit via ParkMobile’s online parking reservations and digital payment platform. Users can also pay for parking onsite through the ParkMobile app.
The New Orleans Convention Center will continue to have staff working its parking lots, including “Lot F” across from Hall H. That’s also the least expensive place to park at $20/day ($40 for oversized vehicles).
Police will also patrol the pedestrian park in front of the building all day all three days.
Chairs
CHAIRS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE CONVENTION CENTER.
Not Allowed
Not allowed: Outside food, coolers, tables, chairs or audio speakers. That includes phones on speaker, bluetooth speakers and portable speakers.
