Registration begins July 6, 2023.

The last day to drop out of the tournament without a $100 penalty is Friday, February 23, 2024. After Friday March 1, 2024, there are no refunds.

Age Waivers

The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.

Rosters

Not required for registration, but must be presented at the tournament.

Teams can only compete if they have a completed AES Block Party roster printed out to present to the officials at each match. There is no pre-tournament check-in or meeting. Club directors and coaches are responsible for this. We will not be able to assist with this on-site, so please get your rosters completed and have printed copies with you for each match.

Age-group champions and runners up should report to the awards/photo area immediately after their respective title matches.

Safe Sport

SAFE SPORT: Every player or coach who is 18 or will turn 18 during this club season must have taken the Safe Sport Training. There are no exceptions, so if you have an athlete who is 18, please go to: https://www.teamusa.org/usa-volleyball/about-us/safesport/safesport-training

Ages 9 and up.

ADMISSION IS BY CREDIT CARD ONLY, NO ADVANCE SALES. $12 per person, free for 8-and-under. This is a CASHLESS even. ONLY Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Venmo accepted.

Parking

Site Specific

For the River Center: Parking is available on the street and in the parking garages located on St. Louis Boulevard (There is a $10/day fee to park in these garages and payment is by credit card only).

All other gyms have onsite, lot parking.

Chairs

Provided at all venues

Chairs will be provided at all venues. Please do not bring chairs into any gym.

Not Allowed

Please leave these items at home.

Not allowed inside venues: Coolers, tables, or audio speakers. That includes phones on speaker, bluetooth speakers and portable speakers.
