Admission is $13 per person per day. Fans 8-and-under are free. Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are accepted.

Registration begins July 1, 2026.

The last day to drop out of the tournament without a $100 penalty is Friday, March 12, 2027. After March 26, 2027, there are no refunds.

Age Waivers

The Bayou Region does not grant waivers, nor are waivers from other regions accepted.

Teams

Rosters

Not required for registration, but must be presented at the tournament.

Teams can only compete if they have a completed AES Block Party roster printed out to present to the officials at each match. There is no pre-tournament check-in or meeting. Club directors and coaches are responsible for this. We will not be able to assist with this on-site, so please get your rosters completed and have printed copies with you for each match.

Age-group champions and runners up should report to the awards/photo area immediately after their respective title matches.

Safe Sport

SAFE SPORT: Every player or coach who is 18 or will turn 18 during this club season must have taken the Safe Sport Training. There are no exceptions, so if you have an athlete who is 18, please go to: https://www.teamusa.org/usa-volleyball/about-us/safesport/safesport-training

Not allowed inside venues: Coolers, tables, or audio speakers. That includes phones on speaker, bluetooth speakers and portable speakers.
